Self Respect

In weeks 1 - 2 we have been learning about self respect. We talked about what self respect is. Like naming clothing, respecting schoolbooks, being happy you got an award, standing up to bullies and not putting yourself down.  

We made a video of what self respect is.

I think self respect is very inportant beacause it is very helpful in life.

 

Writing Term 3

This term we are looking at writing arguments. We need to be able to show cause and effect in our writing.

Here is a word bank of words for showing cause and effect.

eg, The fish died as a result of the pollution in the water.

This first 2 weeks were amazing!

We got 2 hexagons and we have to fill it
The first hexagons we had to talk about yourself
The second hexagon is about where is home


Maths.
For maths we have been doing basic facts I have improved since the holidays
First day: 42
Second day 48
